Before my surgery, she visited my home to advise about how to set up my bedroom and equipment I might need, and she provided a hospital bedside table that was so helpful when I returned home. She provided superb care after a difficult hospitalization, including helping to identify medications and interaction effects that were causing unpleasant side effects. She helped with activities of daily living and consistently provided excellent support and guidance for all the critical rehabilitation activities. She is compassionate, calm, and extremely knowledgeable. She also helped my family and introduced us to delicious Ugandan coffee!”

Harriet helped me set up my home for my recovery and provided me with a very complete list of everything I would need on return from the hospital. Many of the most useful items she suggested weren’t even on the list provided by the hospital.
She provided kind and patient care, even when I was in pain and not at my best. Harriet kept me on track with my Physical Therapy exercises and, even more important than pushing me to do more, she gently and firmly told me when I was overdoing.
